How is the value of my item determined?

Our AI-powered valuation system analyzes your item's images and description to estimate its fair market value. The system considers factors like item condition, brand, age, and current market prices. Our professional appraisal team then reviews the AI valuation and approves or adjusts it if needed. This ensures fair credit awards that reflect true market value.

How does the trading process work?

Can I cancel a trade offer?

How do I delete my account?
