Barter Express is a digital cashless marketplace that transforms how people exchange goods. Instead of letting items gather dust or struggling with direct trades, Barter Express users get an AI valuation of their items, earn provisional BXC (Barter Express Credits), and use them to reserve other items on the marketplace. You keep your items with you until a trade is actually underway - we never take possession of your item just to value or list it. Items are physically verified only at the point of an exchange, at a pickup station or through an optional home service.
With Barter Express, you:
- Upload photos and descriptions to get an AI valuation, while your item stays with you.
- Earn provisional ᗸ BXC (Barter Express Credits) based on your item's estimated value.
- Use BXC to reserve items on our marketplace, backed by your own items.
- Have items physically verified at a pickup station (free) or through our home service (quoted fee).
- Pay a 3% transaction fee to the company at our office only when an exchange successfully completes.
