Reserve & verify
Reserve an item with your BXC, backed by your own items. Within the 72-hour settlement window, the items involved are physically verified at a pickup station (free) or through our home service (quoted fee, paid by you). Barter Express does not hold your items before this point.

Once verification passes, collect your item at the pickup station or receive it through the home service. Confirm receipt and rate your experience to help the community.

No signup or listing fees. Your first AI valuation each day is free; additional valuations cost ₦100 each. A transaction fee of 3% (minimum ₦500, maximum ₦5,000) applies only when an exchange successfully completes - never when you just request an item. It is not deducted automatically; you pay it to the company at our office.
